This policy explains how Transcend Change (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Transcend Change Limited (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. What we collect
When you complete our contact form we collect the details you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The message you send us
We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your IP address and basic analytics about how the site is used (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to a request you have made), or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse, including spam filtering and Google reCAPTCHA. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (keeping our systems secure).
- To understand and improve the site through analytics, where you have consented. Lawful basis: consent.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, including:
- Mailgun (Sinch), to deliver contact-form enquiries to our inbox.
- Google reCAPTCHA, to protect the form from automated abuse. Your use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, for website analytics, where you have consented.
- Our website host, which processes server logs to operate and secure the site.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent) are in place.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary functions work without consent. Analytics tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager and run only where you have given consent; they help us understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through your browser settings or our cookie controls. reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you interact with the contact form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
